1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Kivi Group AB ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the kivigroup.se website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").

You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these Terms of Service, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.

8. Term and Termination

These Terms of Service shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Site. We reserve the right to deny access to the Site to anyone for any reason at any time, without notice. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date of these Terms. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Kivi Group AB and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Sweden shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
